Norko™ OPP Mouton Sheepskin Trapper Hat Mouton Sheepskin Winter Hat . This trapper winter hat is made with extra thick and warm black mouton sheepskin and a water resistant black nylon shell. It has twill ties twinter hat extend from the ear flaps. The ear flaps can be worn down for extra warmth or neatly folded up and tied at the top. This is the winter hat worn by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Canada. It is standard issue to all OPP officers. Exceptional quality. Mouton fur refers to lamb hair which has been straightened, and thermally set to produce a moisture repellent finish.
