Return & Exchanges Policy
How many days do I have to return a product?
Products may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. Whether it be a sizing issue, you don’t like the product, or you’re simply having second thoughts: you’re free to return it.
Are delivery charges refundable?
We offer a free return label to continental US customers (excluding AK and HI) with an order value of $75+ who have placed an exchange order. If no exchange order is placed, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
How do I exchange an item?
To ensure item availability – Exchanges are best done by placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the original item for a refund. Any item that is returned without tags, damaged, used, incomplete, or soiled will not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your expense. An item can only be exchanged once. Therefore, the item received in exchange can only be returned for a refund under the usual conditions. Please note exchanges are subject to merchandise availability. Excessive returns/cancellations may be subject to restriction, refusal, or be assessed a restocking/cancellation fee.
How can I return an item?

- You will be shown the return instructions/options for your item(s).
Can I return or exchange a final sale item?
All Final sale item(s) are not eligible for exchange or refund. Any attempted returns on the final sale item(s) will not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your own expense.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Merchandise returned to our warehouse will be processed within 7-14 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and prepaid gift cards will be reimbursed to the original card used. If you no longer have the card used for the order, please contact us in advance so we can issue store credit. All items must be tried on in a clean environment. Failure to do so may soil a product and result in non-acceptance of your return or exchange. Any item that is returned without tags, damaged, used, incomplete, soiled, or altered will not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your own expense.
What do I need to do if my product arrives damaged or if it is not the product I ordered?
If you are concerned that you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your product.
