I have been searching for a hat in an XL size since cold weather gear was first put in local stores around Sept. The fit is perfect. I have ordered and returned similar hats recently. Not all hats are true to size.
I was a little nervous ordering these from the UK as a present for xmas, but the delivery was very quick and I was really pleased with the quality of the item.
I had high expectations for the "look" and quality of this hat: and the reality exceeded them all. The fur is excellent and there is a lot of it. I bought it for the colder days here in the Great Northwest but the hat is so warm I will wear it more often just for the look. I should have had it when I lived in Colorado!
I was really please how fast I received it. The quality looks good on the red, fur a bit patchy on the black. The sizing is a little smaller than thought but maybe they stretch. I am very happy however that ther eis someone out there selling real fur. Fake does not cut it, come on people we eat meat don't be hypocrites.
The hat is nice enough, but it fits more like a cap than a hat. I'm thinking it may be just a tad small. My head size is 23" so I ordered a size large. The hat covers my head down to the tops of my ears and is snug around my head, so it sits more like a cap. I measured the interior diameter of the hat and it is 22 1/2 inches. I rolled the back down an inch and re-tied the strings so it would fit a bit deeper on my head. Now it fits better. I wish it were cut more generously, though. What I would really like to do is order the XL and see if it fits better for me.
Received 1/14/13 and was way to large. Have returned today 1/15/13. Looked different from the display photo. Will consider another style at a later date.

It's been very cold here of late and we've had plenty of snow. When I decided to purchase the mittens, I knew I needed very good quality as my hands get cold quickly. I have not been disappointed and I would recommend them to anyone.
I have reviewed this hat in the color black. What I said there is true of this brown color Except for one important feature - the color! The hat as pictured online is a rich, deep color brown however in actuality it is not. The color is indeterminable. Obviously this is disappointing.
Excellent quality this is a gift for someone who cannot wear conventional gloves, very happy with product and service excellent would shop with this company again.
